He came from Pontian, Johor. This is a man who has interesting character.

He holds an Executive Diploma in Business Management And Leadership majors in UUM in 2014. He began to engage in this training field for more than 18 years. Debuted in IPPJ Sdn. Bhd. (Subsidiary of Johor Corporation Group) as Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive onwards in the program and marketing and event management, end position is as manager in Convenue Marketing Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of the Group Corporation). He joint Johor Corporation from 2000 until 2010.

Next involved in the business as a director at KARANG SELATAN and the Executive Director of Vision Consultant since January 2010. Has extensive experience in the business of making courses and looking for business opportunities and create a marketing company owned by the Corporation. The management of the programs involved are as Motion Entrepreneurs Students nationwide, Program ranch, program management, Occupational Safety and Health, increase efficiency levels for grades 41, 44, 48, 52 and 54, program Bina Insan KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad, entrepreneurship , seminar and event management. Active in conducting programs in companies GLCs company KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad, Kumpulan Perubatan Johor (KPJ Group), Kulim Malaysia Berhad, Johor Land Berhad, Johor Port Berhad, all universities and universities, Program Foreign Workers together with the Government of Bangladesh, a joint venture with the government of Brunei Darul Salam, ministries, factories and other private sector companies. He is also a panel on the course under civil servant State Secretary for 7 years. Among the ministries that had been with him like the National Unity and Integration Department Putrajaya, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, JAKIM, JAIJ, MAIJ , Halal and more.

He is a teambuilding motivator for overseas companies such as Japan, Korea, London and many more

Managing the development program of university students in all public and private institutions in Malaysia since 2006 - 2010 as a leader, teambuilding, management, and business.

He is also a lecturer and program coordinator for Finance, the business plan (RP), the Protocol Etiquette, and Teambuilding and motivational programs school.
